visual communication of science
We are happy to announce that the school this year will feature a professional training workshop by Seyens on visual communication of science!
This will be a hands-on workshop, working on your own materials (yes, you get to send your ugly ppt, or visuals for your papers in advance, and have them fixed/improved during the live workshop!)
NOTE: the workshop is for a small-group of 20 participants max. As such, we are running two rounds: 20 participants on Sept 8th, and another 20 on Sept 9th --> no more registrations to the school will be granted once seats sell out. Grab your spot early :)
Jernej holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Ljubljana specializing in biomedical image analysis, and was a Fulbright Scholar at Northeastern University.
You can find more information on the specific format of the workshop at Seyens' website, and in the attached flyer.
These workshops are very well established and run several times a month in top German, Swiss, Austrian, and Dutch institutions... don't miss the chance of attending one of the FEW Italian editions (scroll down on Seyens' website and you'll see Pavia IT featured on Sept 8th and 9th)!
